  • How long does a typical project take?

    Timelines depend on scope, but small initiatives take 6–8 weeks and full programmes 3–12 months. Paid pilots usually run 4–8 weeks before a scale decision. After discovery, you’ll get a timeline tailored to your goals and infrastructure.
