EJC Digital Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Giveaway name: “$50 Foodpanda Voucher Survey Giveaway”

Entry period: From the time the lead form/advert goes live until it is closed or paused by EJC Digital (the “Entry Period”).

1) The prize

  • One (1) prize: a $50 Foodpanda voucher (or equivalent value).

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

2) Eligibility

  • Open to individuals who submit the giveaway survey during the Entry Period.

  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

  • We may refuse entries that appear automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or submitted in bad faith.

3) How to enter

  • Submit the survey via the official Meta/Facebook lead form used for this giveaway.

  • No purchase is required to enter.

  • You must provide at least one valid contact method so we can reach you if you win.

4) Winner selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  • Selection will take place within 7 days after the Entry Period ends (or after the campaign is paused/closed).

5) Winner notification and claiming the prize

  • The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in the entry (e.g., email/phone).

  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, we may select an alternative winner.

  • The voucher will be delivered electronically (e.g., code/screenshot/message) unless we agree otherwise.

6) Publicity

  • We will not publish the winner’s name publicly without the winner’s consent.

  • If requested, we may provide confirmation that a valid winner was selected.

7) Personal data and privacy

  • We will use personal data submitted for:

    • administering the giveaway (including contacting the winner),

    • preventing fraud/duplicate entries, and

    • analysing survey responses for research and event planning insights.

  • We will not sell personal data.

8) Platform disclaimer (Meta/Facebook)

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook.

  • By entering, you release Meta/Facebook from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

9) Changes and cancellation

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if required due to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

  • Any changes will be reflected on this page.

10) Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EJC Digital is not responsible for:

    • lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries,

    • technical failures affecting entry submission,

    • Foodpanda service issues or voucher redemption issues outside our control.

11) Governing terms

  • These terms are intended to be interpreted in a practical, fair manner in line with local consumer expectations. If a dispute arises, we will attempt to resolve it directly and reasonably.
